5. Client Obligations

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using our services.

Communication: You agree to maintain prompt communication with us and to provide necessary resources and approvals during the project.

Payment: You agree to pay for services according to the pricing plan chosen, including advance payments as specified in the service agreement.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: The pricing for our services will be as mentioned on the invoice or according to the pricing plan chosen by the Client.

Payments: Payments must be made as per the mutually agreed terms. Typically, a 50% advance is required, with the remainder due upon project completion.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount.

7. Delivery Timeline

We will provide an estimated delivery timeline for the completion of the project. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., client delays, third-party service provider delays) will not hold us liable.

8. Revisions and Modifications

Revisions: We offer a specified number of revisions based on the package you choose. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Changes After Completion: Any changes requested after the project is marked as complete or final delivery has been made may incur additional charges.

9. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously. All client data, designs, code, and any other proprietary information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contracted services.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All intellectual property (IP) rights, including but not limited to code, designs, and content created for the client, remain with the client once the final payment is made.

License: We retain the right to use project elements in our portfolio and marketing material unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on payments made after the work has started unless agreed upon in writing due to unresolvable issues.

Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project with written notice, and the client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.

12. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee 100% error-free services.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the event of a proven mistake or issue caused by us.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of our services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the client violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, technical failures, or labor disputes.

15. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be applicable once published.
